There is something sacred about a woman who chooses to keep going — not because the road is easy, but because she knows Who walks beside her. At Sister S.I.P, we were built for women exactly like her. Women who are healing in one hand and serving in the other. Women who carry purpose even when they cannot yet see it clearly. Women who are ready to advance the Kingdom of God right where they stand.
"And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose."

Sister S.I.P stands for Soak. Inhale. Pour. It is not just a name — it is a way of living. We believe that before a woman can pour into her congregation, her community or her career, she must first soak in the presence of God and inhale His truth deeply enough to let it change her. Healing is not a detour from purpose. It is the path to it.

Faith That Holds You While You Heal
We know that many women come to a ministry like this carrying more than they let on — grief, disappointment, questions they are afraid to ask out loud, seasons that did not go the way they prayed. Sister S.I.P is a space where all of that is welcome at the table. We do not ask you to have it all together before you come. We ask you to come as you are, and trust that God's Word is strong enough to meet you there.
Purpose Found in Community
Through our Bible studies, coaching, live workshops and women's conferences, we walk alongside women as they discover — or rediscover — the assignment God placed on their lives. Whether you lead in a church, a boardroom or a household, your life is a ministry. We are here to equip you, encourage you, edify you and empower you to live that out boldly in every place God allows.
